Established in 2005, PISAS is a non-stock, non-profit training center dedicated to producing world-class aircraft maintenance technicians ready for local and international aviation careers.

A comprehensive two-year program covering airframe & powerplant system, aircraft electrical and electronic equipment, aircraft inspection/maintenance, and the regulatory requirements of Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines. Graduates will be able to learn the procedures, techniques, and documentation requirements necessary to perform aircraft maintenance and qualifies for the Airframe and Powerplant Licensing.
